STORE POLICY

At Enduring Heart Design LLC, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. SHIPPING POLICY

​

Please allow at least 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details that provides a tracking number and expected delivery date. Processing time can take up to 21-30 business days for pre-order items. Please note*** items cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

 

Orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has been shipped, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.

 

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

 

MATERIALS

T-shirts are super-soft 100% cotton and relaxed fit for an effortless style.

CUSTSOMIZATION

For personalization of existing products or custom creations, please contact enduringheartdesign@gmail.com to determine whether or not your needs can be accommodated.​

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

​

We only offer EXCHANGES on T-shirts. Items must be in perfect condition and of the same item ONLY. ANY ITEM THAT IS WORN OR DAMAGED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at enduringheartdesign@gmail.com. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please allow at least 10 business days for your item to be returned.

PAYMENT POLICY

All items must be paid in full before any work is started. There are no cancellations or refunds after payment is completed. Some items are eligible for exchange.
